When draining the tub the toilet bubbles and the water is sucked out of the toilet right about near the end of the tub draining, does the same thing when the washer drains. Why does the washer suck the water out of the toilet? What might cause a toilet to whistle when filling also a washing machine when filling in same utility room?

It seems to be properly vented. It looks like 2" vent goes to attic and then joins another vent and goes to 3" and out the roof. It does not appear to be clogged and the cap is removed. Sure it cost about $600 but what the hell, even if it saves me $10 a month it will pay for itself. Not that I really care about saving $10 a month, I just wanted a good machine.
